20R Series, Newsest Addition to Rocking Piston Line (7/06)

Gast Manufacturing Inc., a Unit of IDEX Corporation introduces the newest addition to their rocking piston line, the 20R Series. This cost effective, maintenance free, durable plastic pump with UL/FDA approval was designed with lower current draw and increased flow. It is capable of 31 psi maximum pressure, 20.5" Hg. Maximum vacuum and 14.7 lpm open flow. Oilless, motor mounted and with full ball bearing construction, this pump can be used in a wide range of applications but was designed for the demands of the medical industry. With multiple stroke, motor options and barbed port locations available, this pump can be used worldwide.

Underwriters Laboratories' Fire Talk Publication displays a Gast compressor that meets the new UL2125 standard "motor-operated Air Compressors for use in Sprinkler Systems". See page 3 of the Spring 2002 Issue of the Fire Talk Publication to see Gast's compressor.

GAST Introduces new line of UL 2125 listed air compressors.

Gast Manufacturing, Inc., a Unit of IDEX Corporation, has a new line of UL listed air compressors that meet the new 2125 standard, "motor-operated Air Compressors for use in Dry Sprinkler Systems."

The new UL listed air compressors are available in riser mount styles, for horizontal and vertical mounting and in tank mounted styles. All units are provided with special end shields for compliance with UL2125 and carry the UL Mark. These units feature oilless operation, compact motor mounted design and are painted black for easy identification in the field.

Horsepowers range from 1/6 hp to 1 1/2 hp to meet the requirements of sprinkler systems with volumes of 90 to 800 gallons. These compressors provide a range of 1.0 to 7.9 cfm free air flow at 40 psi. A 2 hp unit for 1000 gallon systems will be available soon.

GAST introduces new Regenair® blower catalog

Gast Manufacturing, Inc., a Unit of IDEX Corporation, has released a new version of its Regenair® Regenerative Blower catalog. The catalog now includes: Technical engineering information, accessory section, examples of pressure and vacuum applications, as well as new models added to the line.

Gast Regenair® Regenerative Blowers range from 1/8 hp to 30 hp; flows from 23 cfm to 1350 cfm; pressure from 21 "H20 to 284 "H20 and vacuum from 20 "H20 to 183 "H20. Gast Regenerative blowers are just a sample of Gast's extensive line of air moving products which include vacuum generators, air motors, vacuum pumps and compressors in a wide variety of technologies.
