Position Title: Senior Advance Product Engineer

Reports To: Advance Product Engineering Manager

Location: World Headquarters

Department / Unit: Engineering

Basic Function:
Assigns Personnel For Given Projects Or Tasks. Plans, Conducts And Supervises Assignments In The Engineering Area. Reviews Progress And Evaluates Results. May Act In Liaison Capacity With Other Departments And Divisions

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Leads Cross Functional Design Team To Develop New Platforms As Specified By Marketing

Identifies New Technologies And Breakthroughs Needed To Support Platform Development.

Responsible For Meeting The Cost, Schedule And Performance Targets For The Platform Project

Coordinates Supplier Involvement With Procurement To Specify Purchased Components Required

Reports Progress Of The Platform As Required Using The Milestone System.

Coordinates The Seamless Hand-off Of The Platform To The Appropriate Product Group.

Supervises Engineering Personnel

BSME Or Bachelor’s In Applied Science And Technology Or Related Field, Or 8 Years Equivalent Technical Related Work Experience At Least 4-6 Years Of Product Design Experience In A Manufacturing Environment Such As Successful Project Management Experience, Hydraulic, Pneumatic And Machine Design
